Another interesting tool for home buyers and sellers. WalkScore is a website that calculates the "walkability" of a neighborhood based on nearby stores, restaurants, schools and parks. Unfortunately, you will probably never see this in action on a real estate website as it conflicts with the fact that not everyone can walk. Mercer Walnut Creek and other developments like it should be a good purchase for those interested in a Walkable Lifestyle. It's close to Bart. I am in escrow and a working on a financing package. Fun!
