Safe Way To Spray?

Where are the twins from Godzilla Vs. Mothra when we really need them? The Bay Area has recently become ground zero for moth mania. The State of California is planning another anti-brown moth spray from 8pm-5am on August 17th. The results of the first spray have left some evidence that this is more than just a pheromone being released into our local environment.
